		<description>I think your goals are perfect.  My family already does 2-5, but I agree that eating seafood more often is important.  One of my resolutions this year is to bake my own bread and so far it&#039;s going pretty well.  That sandwich is making my mouth water by the way.  And congrats on making a change!  Once you get into the habit of these things it becomes second nature.  Good luck, although I don&#039;t think you&#039;ll need it, your off to a great start.</description>
