<p>In case you were wondering: Yes, all 5 sticks of butter in the picture were used for the croissants. Yes, this is an obscene amount of butter. Yes, this is an unhealthy amount of butter. Yes, butter is probably going to kill me (if bacon doesn&#8217;t get me first). And yes, they are delicious.</p>
