Stuff that I think about at 5 am…
Hmm…I think it’s probably getting close to my bedtime. Too bad I stayed up way later than this last night because I wasn’t tired. Thus I slept well into the afternoon hours today. Shocking that I’m not quite tired yet, isn’t it?

Ben & Jerry’s has a new ice cream flavor out that I had to buy because of the name alone: Vermonty Python. I’m quite pleased to report that it’s yummy (and punny)! They do such a good job with cookie ribbons/swirls in their ice cream. The strawberry cheesecake has a wonderful graham cracker swirl and this new one has a buttery chocolate cookie ribbon. Mmmmm…..
My Darth Tater and Spudtrooper will soon have a new friend….Artoo Potatoo. I can only dream that they’ll keep releasing new characters.
Our new(ish) local radio station is wonderful. It’s called The Tide and they play (mostly) my sort of music. They’re behind Glen Phillips playing an acoustic show in Williamsburg on the 25th. As if that weren’t fantastic enough, they’re selling discounted tickets to the people that are registered Tide listeners. I was ecstatic when I read that email.
What else? Only 5 more days of work until my vacation starts. I’m guessing the weekend is going to seem soooooooo long to me. And I do have to write the bulk of 2 weeks worth of schedules before I leave work on Monday night.
I guess that’s it for the second.
