April yarn booty…
In my defense, the 2 skeins of Malabrigo lace yarn were bought about a month ago. Everything else came in the mail today. Also, in my defense, I hadn’t bought a knitting book in a couple of months. The Regia and Cascade yarns were on sale at Webs.
When I was putting all of this yarn away tonight, the boyfriend was SHOCKED to see how much yarn I have. Apparently his estimate of my yarn stash was about half of what it actually is. I’m kind of ashamed to admit that I almost need a new Rubbermaid container to put yarn in…especially when the Brown Sheep Mill Ends/Closeout order I placed yesterday arrives. I ordered 4 skeins each of 2 colors of Cotton Fleece (for future Zephyr Style sweaters) and several skeins of Lamb’s Pride in closeout colors (for future felting projects). They were a great deal and I have a yarn problem.
I’ve got random stuff to write about soon…but not yet.
